Seasoned and blackened fish or shrimp, shaved purple cabbage, radishes, pineapple pico de gallo, cilantro springs, lime wedge and a bit a side of chipotle mayo sauce. Served as 2 large tacos, on either corn or hybrid tortillas.
BAJA STYLE FRIED FISH OR SHRIMP TACOS........$8

In our opinion, we recommend cilantro and onion on all tacos! The good thing about our tacos, we make them the way you want them. Here are some of the basics...

Street Style (4" Tortilla) Corn, Flour, Paleo (Lettuce Wraps; approx. 400-500 cal)
3. PICK YOUR STYLE
PLAIN: Just the meat and the tortilla, oh and a lime wedge. $7
STANDARD: All of the above, plus cilantro and onions.
SPECIALTY: Take your pick from the following: $8
CAMPECHANOS: the meat of your choice, cilantro and onions (unless you tell us to hold’em), topped with homemade chorizo.
KOREAN BBQ: pick your protein, glazed with a delicious “bulgogi” Korean BBQ Sauce, freshly shaved slaw, with an Asian vinaigrette, sesame seeds and Rooster Sauce. (cilantro and onions)
SOUTH TEXAN: once again, the meat of your choice, topped with queso fresco and grilled onions.
4. PICK YOUR SALSA
GREEN: Mild, “No Pica Mucho”, tomatillos, jalapenos, and serranos. Pairs well with the pork and chicken.
RED: A bit hotter, roasted tomatoes, and chile de arbol. Well rounded, goes great with just about anything. Pairs well with everything, especially beef.
ORANGE: Sweet’n’Spicy, habaneros, and chipotles. Some pineapples and there you go. Pairs well with seafood and chicken.
GRINGO SAUCE: creamy avocado, Serrano and whole lotta love.

Deep fried pastry sticks, that are apple filled & dusted with cinnamon & sugar. Paired with dulce leche sauce, sprinkled with pistachio dust. Two 10” sticks cut in half. (A LA MODE $1 more)
Deep fried rolled dough, dusted with cinnamon & sugar and some “Abuelita Chocolate” powder, just to make sure we keep it real! Don’t forget the sopapilla “sizzurp”. Sold in sets of 3.
Fried with pancake batter, dusted with powdered sugar & paired with rich vanilla ice cream. Served in a taco bowl that’s been dusted in cinnamon & sugar.
